Egalitarian worship

Our services are conducted in egalitarian fashion. Women have equal rights of participation with men. Women may, and often do, participate as daveners, Torah readers, and haftarah readers; and, in the absence of the rabbi, a woman may give a d'var Torah. Women may choose to wear tallit and tefillin when men do.
